Kim is a licensed clinical social worker, nationally board certified health and wellness coach, and has additional training in career counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Kim has 35 years of experience ranging from working in hospice and bereavement care, assisting older adults and their families in her role as a geriatric care manager, working with individuals and small groups in a private practice, and leading health and wellness retreats. She specializes in working with people to get "unstuck", and to regain joy and fulfillment in life in spite of any physical, mental and emotional challenges.
Having a passion for the outdoors, Kim spends as much time as possible hiking, running, swimming, kayaking and communing with nature.
Her office is located in the Elizabeth neighborhood where she sees clients in person as well as virtually. Kim accepts Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, CBHA and private pay.
